Tito’s Medieval Village (updated with link to lot)

I made a medieval village as Late Night Apartments for Tito from Tumblr and Miss Crumplebottoms, and she has agreed to share it 🙂

It is a 30 x 30 lot with a 1 BR 1 BA apartment, a “tavern” public space and a laundry.

The download has all the cc included as package files and sims3packs, but if you already have the items you don’t need to install them. Uses some Store stuff and was built with the following EPs: AMB LN GEN PETS SH SN UNI IP.

Hello! Its been a while. Just pictures today.

So, I have been mad busy with THINGS and have not had nearly enough time to play with my Sims or build lots.

But I did just finish a lot requested by Val. It is a city block for Bridgeport with a fancy restaurant and a coffee shop next door. The corner building has been left empty to accommodate… whatever Val desires.

For now just pics. It uses cc from ATS, Awesims and Mangosims (3 AMAZINGLY talented makers of stuff)

Mauresque: Art Deco Moroccan

In the 1920’s, a bunch of French inspired Art Deco buildings were built in Casablanca. The incorporated Moroccan architectural elements. This is my tribute to the Mauresque style. The lot is 20 x 30; 2 BR and 2 BA. Built for the beach in Roaring Heights.

Ecclectic Dutch Colonial

This is the first lot I have made in forever. It was for a challenge at Miss Crumplebottom’s Attic to build a house for a family of 4 with at least 1 child. So I made a house that fits nicely in Friendship Cove. It is a Dutch Colonial with 2 BR and 2 BA. Here it is.

The New Old Mine Saloon

This lot is “The Mine” from ITF turned into a Saloon, complete with poker tables from the store Casino set. How much more postmodern can it get? We play a game where we move pretend people through the world, and they move into the future where they enjoy themed entertainment based on their mythical past which doesn’t exist in the game (we have no “Old West” Sim EP), but does exist in our past. Renovations for Midnight Hollow

I’ve been tinkering around with Midnight Hollow and I thought I’d share. These aren’t full builds, just edits of EA lots. Midnight Hollow has great buildings.

Here is the “For Lease” Lot with a bunch of gothic stuff for sale. I barely changed anything except to put stuff on the sale shelves, etc so I didn’t take pictures.

Here is the “For Rent” lot from Midnight Hollow made over into a Miss Kitty’s House of Gadgets, a steampunk store. I did more decorating in the lot.

And finally, a more extensive remake of the Gloomy Garden. I liked the ruined tower and wall of the garden, so I kept them, but added plants from all EP’s (except mushrooms), a Wedding Spot, some bathrooms, and a fire pit. (This one is on Box net for now).

I use store stuff and have all EP’s. Anything you do not have in your game will be replaced with base game items if you install it.

Coastal Living Challenge House

I made this house for the coastal Living Challenge at N99. The challenge is to remake any EA house in an open, easy coastal style.

There is a great participation prize set made by Sandy at ATS.

I chose a house from Riverview to remake — the Toy Dachshund. I liked that it had a such a large side yard for entertaining.
I decided not to change the outside walls, but I did change everything else, and I added a deck on top of what used to be the garage.
30×20 lot. Uses Store Stuff and I have all EPs and SPs.

Bootlegger’s Boardwalk

Made for Friendship Cove, the Bootlegger’s Boardwalk is a 45×64 Beach lot with tons to do. There is a spa with sauna and massage table, an arcade, a Nerd Shop, a (decorative for now) clothing store, and plenty of bathroom facilities. The Beach side of the boardwalk has all kinds of games. Uses Store Stuff. I have all EPs and SPs. If you don’t have Seasons the Boardwalk will be much emptier and quieter. Try downloading the Unfurnished Version and turn it into either apartments, or whatever kind of community lots you have the EP’s for.

More Friendship Cove goodness. This 30 x 30 lots uses the Bistro Set from the Store to make a colonial style restaurant for FC. I have all EPs. No third party cc.
